Calories & caffeine
Calories in a cocoa come from three places: the milk, the chocolate sauce and whatever syrup goes on top. Size drives most of it, and a Soft Top adds meaningfully more. Swapping to a lighter milk cuts the fat but not the sugar, which is mostly in the sauce.
