What to include

A little detail makes a correction much faster to act on. If you are reporting a price or a menu change, the useful things to send are:

  • The drink — its name and the size you ordered.
  • The shop — the city and state, or the street address.
  • The price you paid — the actual charge, not the one on our page.
  • Proof, if you have it — a photo of the receipt or the menu board settles it instantly.

Prices vary by location, so a single differing figure does not always mean a page is wrong. But if you tell us where you were, we can flag it as a regional difference rather than an error.

What we cannot help with

For anything involving your actual account or an actual order — a wrong drink, a payment problem, a rewards question, a job application, or a franchise enquiry — you need Dutch Bros Coffee itself, through the Dutch Bros app or dutchbros.com. We have no access to any of it, and a message sent here will only lose you time.

How long will it take to get a reply?
Most messages get a reply within 24 to 48 hours. Corrections that arrive with a receipt or a photo of the menu board are handled fastest.
Can you help with an order, a refund, or my rewards account?
No — we are an independent menu reference, not Dutch Bros. We have no access to orders, payments, gift cards or Dutch Rewards accounts. For any of that, contact Dutch Bros Coffee directly through the Dutch Bros app or dutchbros.com.
A price on your site is wrong. What should I send?
The drink name, the size, the shop or city, and what you were actually charged. A photo of the receipt or the menu board is ideal — that lets us update the page straight away.
Can I ask you to add a drink or a page?
Yes. Suggestions for drinks, secret-menu builds or whole pages we have missed are welcome. Send the details and we will look at it.
How do I make a privacy or data request?
Email the same address and say what you want — access, correction, or deletion of your data. The details are in our privacy policy.
