What to include
A little detail makes a correction much faster to act on. If you are reporting a price or a menu change, the useful things to send are:
- The drink — its name and the size you ordered.
- The shop — the city and state, or the street address.
- The price you paid — the actual charge, not the one on our page.
- Proof, if you have it — a photo of the receipt or the menu board settles it instantly.
Prices vary by location, so a single differing figure does not always mean a page is wrong. But if you tell us where you were, we can flag it as a regional difference rather than an error.
What we cannot help with
For anything involving your actual account or an actual order — a wrong drink, a payment problem, a rewards question, a job application, or a franchise enquiry — you need Dutch Bros Coffee itself, through the Dutch Bros app or dutchbros.com. We have no access to any of it, and a message sent here will only lose you time.
What we can do is fix this site: prices, calories, drink descriptions, hours, and anything else on these pages.
