Dutch Bros Holiday Menu: Festive & Limited Time Drinks

The holiday board drops November 1 and comes off in early January. Here is every drink on it, what goes in each one, and how many calories it carries.

Updated

The holiday menu is the biggest seasonal drop of the year — a mix of returning classics and new builds, served in limited-edition cups for about nine weeks. The most recent season put four headline drinks across more than 1,050 locations, with the wider holiday cookie and Rebel line alongside them.

It is one rotation inside the broader seasonal menu, which changes four times a year.

The holiday drinks

Every drink on the holiday board, with its build and how it can be ordered. Two are new for the season, two are returning classics, and the rest fill out the cookie and Rebel lines.

Holiday menu calories

Holiday drinks run heavier than the standard menu because of what sits on top of them: Soft Top, sweet cream, drizzles and blended bases all add up. Estimated ranges for the headline drinks:

DrinkEstimated calories
Hazelnut Truffle Mocha (hot or iced)~350–420 calories
Candy Cane Mocha (hot or iced)~340–410 calories
Holiday Cookie Freeze~400–470 calories
Mistletoe Rebel (iced or blended)~200–260 calories
Holiday Cookie Shake~420–480 calories

The figures move with size, milk choice, toppings and whether the drink is blended. To cut the count without giving up the flavour: order a smaller size, switch to non-dairy or low-fat milk, ask for sugar-free syrup or less sweetener, and skip the Soft Top.

Holiday chai

Chai gets its own holiday treatment — five seasonal builds on the standard chai base, most of them finished with Soft Top®.

Holiday chaiBuild
Frosted Gingerbread ChaiChai infused with gingerbread, Soft Top® and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Jingle Chai NogChai blended with nog, finished with Soft Top® and jingle sprinkles
Iced Christmas Morning ChaiChai, white chocolate and toasted nutty flavors, Soft Top® and candy cane sprinkles

Holiday cups

The season also brings six limited-edition cup designs, including kid and pet editions. Iced drinks come with festive straws. The cups are part of why the release is tracked as closely as the drinks — they change every year and are not restocked once they run out.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

When does Dutch Bros release holiday drinks?
Holiday drinks land on November 1. That date has held year after year, and it is when the seasonal cups and toppings arrive too.
When does Dutch Bros stop holiday drinks?
The menu usually runs through the end of December and comes off in early January, often by January 5. Popular drinks sell out before that.
What is Holiday Nog at Dutch Bros?
Not a drink — a syrup. Holiday Nog is an eggnog-flavoured syrup used to build festive drinks like the Jingle Chai Nog and the Jingle Nog Latte. It tastes rich and custard-like, with nutmeg and vanilla. Availability varies by shop.
What is the Festive Glitter Glaze at Dutch Bros?
An edible, sparkling topping used on the holiday menu — primarily on the Mistletoe Rebel, where it adds a green shimmer. It works on iced, blended or lemonade energy drinks, while supplies last.
What is in the Holiday Cookie Shake at Dutch Bros?
Sugar cookie-flavoured syrup blended with Soft Top® and Jingle Sprinks. It is caffeine-free, which makes it the one holiday drink you can hand to a kid.
Are Dutch Bros holiday hours different?
They can be. Most shops trade normally through the season, but some adjust or close early on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. Check the holiday hours page before you drive.
