The Dutch Bros menu is enormous, and almost nobody orders from all of it. Nine drinks do the heavy lifting: three sweet espresso builds, one Rebel, one blended Freeze, and a handful of breve-based Dutch Faves. If you have never been, ordering from this list is the safe move.
The nine most-ordered drinks
Each with its actual build — the syrups and base a barista would use to make it. Every one of these is available hot or iced unless it is a blended drink, in which case it is blended only.

How many calories each one carries
From the nutrition dataset. Each figure is the span across every published variantof that drink — different sizes and different preparations, hot, iced and blended — sorted by the top of the range. The dataset carries no size labels, so none are asserted here.
| Drink | Calorie range across variants |
|---|---|
| Picture Perfect | 550–950 kcal |
| Golden Eagle | 500–900 kcal |
| Kicker | 440–820 kcal |
| Annihilator | 280–640 kcal |
| 9-1-1 | 280–630 kcal |
| Caramelizer | 280–590 kcal |
| Cocomo | 460 kcal |
The pattern is worth internalising: blending is what costs you. Picture Perfect tops the list not because it is sweeter than the others but because a Freeze is coffee, milk, syrup and the volume of ice needed to blend it. The same drink poured over ice is materially lighter.
2 of the nine — Shark Attack Rebel and White Zombie — are not in the nutrition dataset, so no calorie figure is shown for them. The nutrition facts page has the ranged figures for the Rebel line, which covers Shark Attack.
Which one to order
- Never been before? Golden Eagle, iced. It is the house default and the drink the whole menu is judged against.
- Want chocolate? Caramelizer. Want nutty and less sweet? Annihilator.
- Want energy, not coffee? Shark Attack Rebel — the house energy base with blue raspberry, coconut, lime and a pomegranate float.
- Want the most caffeine? The 9-1-1. It is a Kicker with extra shots, at roughly 288 mg.
- Want dessert? Picture Perfect, blended. Know that it is the heaviest thing on this list.
